Julia Wilhelm is an artist and organiser based in Rotterdam. She is passionate about building bottom-up infrastructures, developing formats for learning together, and experimenting with alternative tools for the creation and dissemination of knowledges. Questions she thinks about a lot are: What role can creative practices play in overcoming political apathy? How to make alternative social realities palpable? How to activate radical collective imagination?
